Base pay range

Location: Lisbon, On-Site.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 24/7 (Rotative shifts, including night shifts)

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

  • Provide outstanding B2B customer support through Phone, Email, and/or Chat, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist sellers with:
  • Identifying account holders.
  • Verifying account information.
  • Complying with all regulatory guidelines and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver tailored solutions to enhance clients' experiences.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
What You Need To Succeed
  • Fluency in Spanish (C2) and English (minimum C1 level).
  • High School diploma (mandatory).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with a strong customer orientation (mandatory).
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Background in customer support from industries like retail, banking, or similar.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, and computer skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes and work rotating shifts at the office.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Total Salary amount: €1099/month
