Sales Manager - Braga, Portugal
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales teams to drive revenue and achieve business targets. You will be based in Braga, Portugal and will work full-time with a salary of 1200$. This position is open to candidates without experience, but a biometric passport is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate sales teams to meet and exceed performance targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
- Train and onboard new sales team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Biometric passport
- Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken)
