Job Title: Inside Sales & Project Management Specialist at PALFINGER Iberica

Purpose of the Job: To ensure the fluidity, management, control, optimization, and smooth running of processes involved in equipment sales to customers within Internal Sales. Additionally, to provide technical support to the commercial area and official dealers.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and order equipment, parts, and accessories for projects.
2. Validate and process customer orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
3. Conduct technical feasibility studies to meet customer requirements.
4. Supervise and validate project costs, ensuring profitability.
5. Handle purchase and sales orders in the ERP system, maintaining up-to-date project data.
6. Optimize internal stock volumes.
7. Monitor project development, including time, costs, delivery deadlines, and quality.
8. Provide technical support to the Commercial Area and official dealers.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, industrial management, automotive, construction, or supply chain.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales position (valued).
• Training or proven experience in sales and/or industrial management.
• Intermediate knowledge of English.
