Overview
Job Title: Customer Support Non-voice (English-speaking) – Creative Media Platform

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site)
As a Customer Support in Porto, you will help ensure performance goals across operations and fulfil client expectations related to operational excellence, with emphasis on quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvements.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries (non-voice via chat and/or ticket) with accuracy
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues as needed
- Investigate and collect information to provide to the customer
- Provide detailed and organized customer support and seek initiatives to improve the overall customer experience
Qualifications
- Advanced level of English (written and oral) (C1)
- Understanding of how social platforms function
- Proven computer skills and a diligent work ethic
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
