Portuguese-Speaking Customer Development Agent – Covilhã, Portugal

Your Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers
- Present products and services in a clear and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle customer questions and objections
- Follow sales procedures and achieve defined targets
- Maintain accurate information in the relevant systems
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience
Requirements
- Fluent/native-level Portuguese
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not always required
- Motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
