We are in need of a skilled Body Repair Master to join our team in Braga
This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles and assess damage.
- Determine the best repair method and provide an estimate to the customer.
- Disassemble damaged parts and repair or replace as needed.
- Straighten bent frames and panels using specialized equipment.
- Weld or bond replacement parts onto the vehicle.
- Sand, prime and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle.
- Perform quality checks to ensure repairs meet industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of various repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams.
- Proficiency in welding, painting and other relevant skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in auto body repair is preferred.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
Location
This position is located in Braga, Portugal. While nationality is not a strict requirement, preference will be given to candidates who are able to legally work in Portugal.
