Pixie has nearly 20 years of experience in IT staffing across Europe and the US, specializing in providing freelance experts in SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure, and Web technologies.

After doubling the size of our teams over the past two years, we are continuing our international expansion. As part of this growth, we are launching our presence in Portugal and are looking for experienced Business Developers based in Lisbon to help build and develop our local operations from the ground up.

Our headquarters are in Barcelona, with a strong and established presence in Spain, and Portugal is a key strategic market for Pixie's next phase of growth.

The Role

In this position your responsibilities will be, prospecting, building, developing and managing your client portfolio, you will alsoqualify, recruit and follow-up with your freelance consultants. (70% sales / 30% recruitment)

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and building your own portfolio of IT clients in the Portuguese market
  • Managing client relationships and understanding their project needs
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and following up with freelance IT consultants
  • Driving the full sales and recruitment cycle (approx. 70% business development / 30% recruitment)

Who Are We Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience building and managing your own client portfolio in IT recruitment or IT staffing
  • You genuinely enjoy prospecting and cold calling
  • Native-level Portuguese and fluent English are required (Spanish is a plus)
  • Strong results-driven mindset with clear sales orientation
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and highly proactive attitude
