Natixis in Portugal develops solutions for Groupe BPCE’s Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management areas, as well as transversal services supporting entities across the Group. Its teams work across Information Technology, Banking Support Activities, and Compliance.
Задачи
- Gather, analyze, and translate Front Office user needs into detailed functional specifications
- Participate in translating functional specifications into technical specifications with development teams
- Develop test cases and perform functional tests, including assessing impacts on PV and Risks
- Create automated non-regression tests with developers and the release manager
- Conduct user acceptance testing and qualification tests, including integration and regression tests
- Participate in estimating the workload required for development and testing
- Coordinate production deployment steps
- Contribute to third-level support by analyzing existing systems, monitoring incident resolution, and troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation for developments in JIRA and Confluence
- Learn about Summit Software and the rest of the IT system
Требования
- Knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office workflows, including P&L; OTC trades and credits (IR swaps, CDS, bonds, repo, MM); some FX; and regulatory topics
- Knowledge of credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, cash, FX, and Options
- Experience testing and mapping business processes and protocols, including Booking (new products), Valuation, Platform, and Reporting projects SQL
- Strong interpersonal skills and interest in human relations
- Autonomy, verbal and written communication skills, and cross-functional coordination abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with and influence key stakeholders to support strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions
- Team player with resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
- English: C1
