Recruityard is looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors (Nederlandstalige Klantenservice Medewerkers) to join an international project in the automotive industry, based in Lisbon.
Are you fluent in Dutch and English? Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems and delivering an excellent customer experience?
Whether you have experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Klantenservice, Call Centres or Client Support, or are looking for a new professional challenge, we'd love to hear from you
Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
- Handle customer enquiries, requests and general assistance related to automotive products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience at every interaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with an international team to maintain high service quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Dutch: C2 level (native or near-native proficiency) – Mandatory.
- English: Advanced level – Mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Comfortable using computers, digital tools and customer support systems.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Care, Contact Centres, Klantenservice, Klantendienst or Helpdesk is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Sete Rios, Lisbon.
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package:
- Performance bonus: Up to €100/month.
- Meal allowance: €7 per working day.
- Paid training and ongoing professional development.

Total potential monthly gross compensation: Up to €1,650, excluding meal allowance.
