Job Details: Labor Law HR Business Partner - Porto

FinTrU is looking for a Labor Law HR Business Partner to join our growing team on a permanent basis in Porto. Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters whilst also supporting in the development of HR policies and procedures. You will provide practical guidance and options to support the desired business outcomes, ensuring a best-in-class service.

You should apply if you have:

  • Minimum of six years' experience within Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering/Consultancy or Labor Law Advisory role(s).
  • Working knowledge of Employment and Labor laws and working practices in Portugal, with a strong working knowledge of current and impending employment legislation.
  • Experience of managing complex employee relations matters within a professional services environment in an Advisory or Consultancy role, partnering with senior leaders and positively influencing people at all levels within the business.
  • Ability to identify and proactively assess and mitigate risk to the business and provide commercial solutions for management considerations.
  • Desirable but not essential: Knowledge of UK or Ireland employment law and practices would be beneficial but not required as training can be provided.
