By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential.Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:Oversee raw material planning and ensure seamless supply chain operations by managing daily supplier delivery confirmations;Provide timely feedback on raw material availability in response to changes in customer orders;Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers, leading planning discussions and driving improvements to achieve "On Time Delivery" (OTD) targets;Handle logistics claims negotiations and manage daily crisis situations, ensuring the timely delivery of critical parts;Monitor and analyze key supplier performance metrics, including OTD and stock levels, to drive continuous improvement.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Education: Background in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar;Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial operations, preferably in logistics;Know How: Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation in difficult situations, and the ability to manage a stressful work environment. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
