Job Duties Dealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media. Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role) Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets. Essential Criteria Native level Dutch and English. At least 1 year customer service experience, ideally candidates will have some sales experience Good general IT skills. Already live in the Lisbon area and have work permission for Portugal.
