Responsibilities:

Cooperate in managing, training, and providing end-to-end support to the team of pastry chefs and bakers in accordance with Vila Vita standards;

Ensure correct and effective production service for all sales points, as per production requests, as well as ensuring service for special events;

Support the Pastry Chef in controlling all operational aspects of the Pastry Department;

Participate and suggest new trends to enhance the Vila Vita portfolio in the realm of pastry;

Act and work together on all Vila Vita gastronomic projects to ensure effectiveness in a uniquely developed gastronomy;

Provide support in guest loyalty, maintaining brand standards, and offering service excellence throughout each guest experience.
