360 Recruitment
– Own the full cycle:
commercial
(winning new clients) +
delivery
(sourcing & placing top talent). ✅
Business Development
– Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with international clients. ✅
High-Performance Culture
– We

Be Comfortable with Prospecting
– At first, you’ll need to
bring in your own clients
and develop your pipeline. We give you the

Compensation & Perks Clear Earning Structure (OTE based on annual billings): €150K => €57K total package €200K => €69K total package €250K => €83K total package €300K => €110K total package €350K => €130K total package €400K => €155K total package
After €300K, your earnings increase significantly. The better you perform, the more you earn—no cap.
