Where no two days are the same.Your RoleWe are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our teams in Lisbon/Porto for a project in the Telecommunications sector.The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of services to clients or customers. This role ensures that services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency, meeting or exceeding client expectations. The Service Delivery Manager acts as the primary point of contact between the client and the service delivery team, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and continuous improvement in service delivery processes.Key Responsibilities:Service Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team.Ensure all services are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Monitor service performance and implement improvements as needed.Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Lead, mentor, and motivate the service delivery team to achieve high performance.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes and implement changes.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service delivery.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance to senior management.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of service delivery processes and client interactions.Ensure all client and service delivery data is securely stored and managed.Your ProfileQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;Proven experience in a service delivery management role, preferably in telecommunications;More than 4 years of experience in the area;Strong understanding of service delivery processes and methodologies;Knowledge and experience of datacenter service management;Excellent client relationship management and communication skills;Leadership and team management experience;Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;Proficiency in PowerBI, Jira and Confluence.Certification in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are highly valued.What you'll love about working hereJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.Your career growth is central to our mission.
