In this role, you will work closely with the brand General Manager to align business initiatives with product strategies. You will report to the Director of Product Management who oversees multiple software testing tools brands. You will manage, mentor and coach a team of Product Managers, ensuring that they effectively execute on business goals and deliver high-quality roadmap projects to keep up with customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Alignment & Product Strategy Execution:Collaborate with business to understand business goals and objectives, translating these into actionable product strategies.Conduct brainstorming sessions to align key initiatives with the product roadmap.Work closely with the Director of Product to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives and vision.Team Leadership & Mentorship:Lead, mentor, and guide product managers and cross-functional teams.Monitor team performance, providing feedback, and addressing any HR-related or administrative items.Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings to support team members in prioritizing tasks and managing workloads.Recruit, hire, and, when necessary, manage the transition of team members.Foster an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging professional development and skill enhancement within the team.Customer and Market Insights:Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product decisions.Develop a deep understanding of the product’s domain, becoming the top product evangelist within the Idera ecosystem.Identify opportunities to improve product offerings to better support other business functions like sales, marketing, and customer support.Performance Monitoring & Budget Management:Track and analyze product performance against key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed based on data and market changes.Manage product budgets, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget, escalating when necessary.Oversee competitive research and technology assessments to inform product development.Communication & Relationship Building:Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related communications, both within the organization and externally.Provide clear, concise, and professional communication to stakeholders at all levels.Build strong relationships across departments, acting as a hub between teams to ensure alignment and successful product execution.Roadmap Planning & Execution:Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term priorities.Ensure that resources are available to meet product development timelines and objectives.Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that product goals are met.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
