Product Marketing Manager

Join us and help make a real difference.We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our Motors business. Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and acts as the voice of the product in the market.As a Product Marketing manager, you will oversee the go-to-market of product launches, build the plan and messaging for different product areas, develop content to describe the benefits and main outcomes together with a cross-functional team of product managers, design, data and engineers. Position and educate on your product(s) to the sales and support organizations and collaborate with the local marketing teams to develop programs that create demand for your product.

You Will

Create product’s go-to-market strategy along with the product managers and local market commercial teams Lead the Go-to-Market implementation of pre-launch, awareness, acquisition, activation, retention and post-launch phases, connecting value propositions with the different user personas and guarantee product success adoption (train the trainers, sales enablement materials, user education, in-product comms...) After a product launch, oversee customer response and support product teams to improve adoption and create feedback loops Curate insights from each market and summarize those into applicable categories for product teams Lead the product communication (Key messages, personas, and channels) for new and existing products Oversee the creation of content about the product, including videos, blog posts, or slide presentations and its distribution through the right channels, working with in-house or external content creators, ensuring also messaging consistency across countries, channels, media and formats Ensure that all messaging regarding the product is accurate and presented in a way that potential customers will care about and is contextualized, making sure the message is where and when the customers need Develop communication programs including workshops, webinars to onboard local marketing and sales teams before and after product launches Enable our product teams to do better GTM for their projects by creating some standardized tools & artifacts Lead stand-alone projects to enhance overall product communication, working together with PMs, Researches, and markets Use tools such as Confluence/Jira, Trello, Google suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), Figma, Miro, Intercom/CRM, Slack etc

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven 3-4 years of experience in digital product marketing Strong analytical skills and experience with market research Excellent communication and storytelling skills Experience in developing and implementing GTM strategies Excellent collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and commercial teams Able to support multiple product teams and products Fluent English
