Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) to final placement. Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Handle client submissions and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Report to your manager with detailed situation analysis and updates. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
