Descrição do emprego Missão : Integrado no Departamento de Supply Chain & Logistic e reportando ao ISL Operations Manager compete a este profissional a supervisão de toda a operação da plataforma atribuída, nomeadamente na liderança de toda a equipa operacional de receção de mercadoria, preparação de encomendas, reposição de prateleira e expedição de encomendas, com foco na otimização dos processos operacionais e de distribuição, de modo a proporcionar níveis de serviço de excelência aos clientes assegurando a rentabilidade da operação com base nos objectivos definidos anualmente para a plataforma. Responsabilidades: Realizar um diagnóstico permanente da operação, quantificar a venda por carro e margem associada, assegurar a otimização de custos da operação (transporte/vendas) propondo proactivamente angariação de clientes por zona/carro; Coordenar e controlar toda a operação diária da plataforma, assegurando a prontidão de todos os meios (físicos e humanos), no sentido de garantir um serviço de excelência ao cliente e a resolução atempada de eventuais não conformidades; Acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho (produtividade, devoluções, double stock, etc
