A Adecco Recursos Humanos encontra-se a recrutar um IT Helpdesk para prestigiada empresa no setor da aviação, na Zona de Lisboa.
Funções- Responsabilidade geral de garantir o suporte técnico informático à empresa e ser a primeira linha de contacto com os clientes internos;
- Auxiliar os utilizadores finais resolvendo problemas técnicos relacionados com hardware, software e sistemas de rede;
- Resolver problemas comuns, como problemas de conectividade ou problemas de login;
- Registar, rastrear e gerir incidentes reportados pelos utilizadores;
- Configurar novo hardware como computadores e periféricos;
- Executar tarefas de manutenção de rotina, tais como atualizações de software e do sistema operativo, backups e verificações de hardware;
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com outras equipas de IT para resolver problemas complexos e fornecer feedback sobre problemas recorrentes;
Requisitos- Experiência em funções similares;
- Ensino secundário completo, com especialização em informática;
- Fortes conhecimentos de sistemas informáticos/sistemas operativos Microsoft Windows;
- Excelentes competências de comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Fluência em Inglês;
Oferta- Contrato com a Adecco Recursos Humanos;
- Vencimento base de 1000€ RBM + 13,26€/ dia SA;
- Horário: 37.5H/ semanais;
