Junior Rental Property Manager

Junior Property Manager in our Lisbon office.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site visits to properties within the portfolio to assess conditions, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and company standardsAssist in the leasing process, including showing properties to potential tenants, conducting tenant screenings, negotiating lease terms, and preparing lease agreementsRespond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, and coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors to address issues in a timely mannerCollaborate with senior property managers to develop and implement property management plans, budgets, and strategies to maximize property performance and ROIMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of property-related documents, including leases, contracts, maintenance logs, and tenant communicationsAssist in conducting market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, rental rates, and competitive properties in the marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive tenant experience and efficient property operationsSupervise service providersCollaborate closely with the Finance Department to ensure accurate financial reporting, budget management, and compliance with financial regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferredPrevious experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is a plusStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, clients, and colleaguesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyNegotiation and conflict resolution skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver's licenseAvailability to work in a flexible mannerEntrepreneurial curiosity and a can-do attitude suitable for a fast-growth, startup environmentAbility to coordinate and bring to closure many small tasks throughout the dayKnowledge of additional languages is a plus
