We Talent Spirit You speak Ukrainian & Russian and you are a Gaming Addict? We are recruiting Customer Support for Gaming Industry - Ukrainian & Russian speaker M/F/X - Office in Lisbon, Portugal

Your working day: Customer advice by telephone, email and chat;
Help customers with payment issues;
Support for using PlayStation products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
Effective assistance and advice when purchasing products.
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job: Fluent in Ukrainian & Russian C2 and English (C1)
Gamer Addict;
Gaming experience / Customer Service;
Great communication
High school diploma minimum
Valid work permit in Portugal You will benefit: ? Competitive salary + Bonuses + Meal allowance

? Initial training during 3 weeks
? Work schedule : Monday to Sunday between 7am to 10pm // 8h per day with rotating shift & 2 days off per week
