You speak **Russian** and you are a Gaming Addict? We are recruiting **Customer Support for Gaming Industry - Russian speaker M/F/X - Office in Lisbon, Portugal **

**Your working day**:

- Assist with inquiries about account and payment processes;
- Resolve login and registration difficulties;
- Handle hacked accounts and restore characters;
- Address questions about the reward program;
- Answer queries about tokens and pre-paid game cards;
- Handle any payment-related inquiries and process refunds;
- Professionally manage customer data.
- Please note that proficiency in both Russian and English, both orally and in writing, is a prerequisite for this position.

**What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job**:

- Fluent in Russian C2 and English (C1)
- Gaming experience / Customer Service
- Great communication
- High school diploma minimum
- **Valid work permit in Portugal**
