.Details – Hospitality, Sports & Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports & Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal, being responsible for managing the main hotel units, located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.Due to the company's continual growth, Details intends to select: Strategy & Development ManagerOverall PurposeThe ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, proven experience in hospitality, consulting, private equity, or a related field, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and oversee detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and capital expendituresPerform detailed asset-level performance analyses for existing properties, identifying opportunities to improve financial outcomeLead the evaluation of new investment opportunities, including acquisitions, development projects, joint ventures and partnershipsMonitor the performance of existing investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and preparing periodic reporting for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making processes for senior leadership and stakeholdersBe responsible for provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis, market trends and competitive landscapeBe responsible for the development of presentations and reports for senior executives and board meetings, summarizing key insights and strategiesCoordinate in-depth market research and benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the hospitality industry, including competitor performance, regional demand drivers, and regulatory factosOversee the analysis of macroeconomic factors affecting the business and industry, incorporating insights into strategic recommendations and financial modelsWork closely with operations, finance, sales and marketing teams to align investment strategies with operational goalsResponsible for assisting in the development of the team's capabilities, knowledge and know-howRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a similar strategic finance role, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sectors.Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; Familiarity with hospitality management, hotel and/or sports operations, and real estate investment is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, assess investment risks, and provide clear recommendations.Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
