Unleash your potential in a role where big data and technology innovation intersectThis is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity – 2x in the office As a Business Analyst for our client, you'll be at the forefront of data solutions, crafting applications on cutting-edge platforms. You will be responsible for leading requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders, analyzing, and documenting business processes and user requirements. Your main responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements for the CRM Squad projects, including Vision 360 and ARC, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with business needs. Design, write, and validate user stories, ensuring they accurately represent business needs and are suitable for development. Actively participate in Agile sprint rituals to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team and Agile processes. Support project activities such as maturation, user story development, testing strategy, and production deployment for initiatives like Vision 360. Maintain operational readiness through tasks such as updating functional documentation, providing business support, monitoring production, and ensuring operational stability You're ideal for the role if you have:Experience in all aspects of business analysis, including requirement gathering, functional design, testing strategy, and execution. Proficiency in JIRA for backlog management and Kanban board utilization. Comfortable with data manipulation, including SQL queries, to support analysis and reporting needs. Demonstrated soft skills such as autonomy, teamwork, rigor, creativity, and a proactive attitude, conducive to Agile methodologies. Minimum C1 level proficiency in French for effective communication within the team #GETREADY to meet with us We would like to meet you.
