Opportunity: Financial Controller (Enterprise Performance Management) BPO
Sodexo is launching an ERP replacement program across 82 countries, to migrate to either SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). In the context of such an ambitious program, we are looking for a Regional Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Business Process Owner to support Europe. The Business Process Owner will report to the Global EPM Business Process Owner (BPO) and will ensure that, unless local legislation prevents, that the Sodexo Core Model is deployed and applied within the new ERP.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Global BPO in defining the Core Model by bringing local inputsEnsure that all the Region business requirements are consideredMobilize and coordinate subject matter experts (SME's)Adapt, when necessary, the macro-process to local specificities.Ensure that the Core Model is respected locally (subject to local legislation)Bring the voice of the sites / operation to ensure processes are designed to smooth and simplify the life of end usersOrganize the Region UAT testing of the new ERP Core SolutionOrganize the preparation of the data migration and data cleansingBe an ambassador at region / country level for the process adherenceBe an ambassador for change managementOrganize the key users training of the solutionWhat You Need to Succeed: At least 5 years of Controlling or FP&A experienceExperience and understanding of GBS / Shared Services environmentsExperience in interaction with Finance Headquarter leaders in a large multinational companyExperience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance.Knowledge of SAPProject management experience to manage timely execution.Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing and multicultural environmentRigorous and OrganizedProactive and results orientedAble to travel occasionally to attend some workshops with countriesWhat We Offer: Hybrid work model and flexible working hours;Health & Life Insurance;Meal allowance paid via card;Additional paid leave (birthday, volunteering day, extra vacation day);Access to 6,000+ free online courses;Professional growth opportunities within Sodexo;Participation in multicultural projects;Well-being initiatives to support our teamsApply now Send your English CV to ****** with the job title in the subject line.
