About Sodexo Business Services (SBS)In Portugal, we established Sodexo Business Services (SBS), a shared service center five years ago. This is where you'll find various Financial teams, including Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Financial Analysis, and Master Data, supporting European markets and driving business growth.
Opportunity: Financial Controller (Enterprise Performance Management) BPOWe're launching an ERP replacement program across 82 countries, migrating to either SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). To support Europe, we need a Regional Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Business Process Owner.
Key Responsibilities:Support the Global BPO in defining the Core Model with local inputsEnsure all regional business requirements are consideredMobilize subject matter experts (SMEs) and adapt macro-processes to local specificsEnsure the Core Model is respected locally (subject to local legislation)Bring site/operation voices to simplify end-user processesOrganize regional UAT testing of the new ERP Core SolutionPrepare data migration and cleansingBe an ambassador for process adherence and change managementWhat You Need to Succeed:At least 5 years of Controlling or FP&A experienceExperience in GBS/Shared Services environmentsInteraction with Finance Headquarter leaders in a large multinational companyProcess design, mapping, improving quality, review, and compliance knowledgeSAP knowledgeProject management experienceFluent EnglishFlexibility in a changing multicultural environmentRigor and organizationProactivity and results-orientedWhat We Offer:Hybrid work model and flexible working hoursHealth & Life InsuranceMeal allowance paid via cardAdditional paid leaveAccess to online coursesProfessional growth opportunities within SodexoCross-cultural project participationWell-being initiatives
