Job Description DESCRIPTION LGG Advisors, with offices in Porto, Lisbon, Madrid and London, provides a multitude of high added-value consulting services to financial sector firms globally.
Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire an Associate for the Grants & Incentives team in our Porto or Lisbon office.
WHAT YOU HAVE Undergraduate degree in Economics, Management or Engineering (preferred) 3+ years of experience in as a consultant in Portuguese and European incentives applications.
Experiencie on preparation/coordination of applications under Portugal 2020, namely for SI Internationalization, SI Innovation (Industry and Tourism), SI I&DT Experiencie on preparation/coordination of applications/calculation of tax benefits, namely SIFIDE, RFAI, Net Job Creation Experiencie on preparation/coordination of European Commission applications (e.g.
Horizon Europe) Native in Portuguese and Fluency in English at a proficient level.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level) Excellent time management and strong attention to detail Critical thinking and analytical mindset Powerful argumentation skills Exceptional writing and communication Work and think clearly under pressure Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible working approach WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop and manage applications to a variety of European and Portuguese funds Be aware of such new relevant incentives and funds Proactively manage projects Evaluate and improve a project's technical and economic feasibility WHAT WE OFFER Fast-growing company with presence in Porto, Lisbon, Madrid and London, that works in complex and stimulating projects for sophisticated clients in the US, Europe and the Middle East Competitive salary and benefits which vary according to individual performance Opportunity to work from home 50% of the time Career Development Plan, Training Programs and Sponsorship LGG Advisors aims for a diverse workplace.
