What you will do in this role Give customer support by handling customers' issues and inquiriesUse different platforms and toolsInvestigate and collect information to provide to customersProvide detailed and organized customer support and seek initiatives to improve the overall customer experienceConcentrix is a great match if you:
Have an advanced level of Spanish (written and oral) (C1) and a good level of EnglishHave prior knowledge in online payment methods and transactionsHave proven computer skills and are a diligent workerHave high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetHave the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verballyBeing skilled in multi-tasking is essentialIf you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
