Digital Engagement Solution Architect- Lisboa

Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
Responsibilities:• Design, modify, and test technical architecture.• Design systems architecture that will meet business needs, by acting as a bridge between business/functional and technical teams.• Review business context for solutions to company challenges as well as define the vision and requirements for the solution, recommend potential options, (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), select the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.• Assess the system's architecture and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.• Understand the current systems blueprint and propose transition architectures to meet the solution requirements.• Provide supervision and guidance to technical architects and development teams.• Continually researching current and emerging architectural patterns and paradigms and proposing changes where needed.• Describe the structure, characteristics, behaviour, and other aspects of the architecture to various stakeholders.• Assess the impacts on the overall business goals and outcomes that certain solution choices have.• Ensure the correct behaviour of a new system/component and how it will fit the existing enterprise environment.• Guarantee the adoption of architecture and standards methodology.What are we looking for?• Technical Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent;• 5+ year experience as a Web Solution Architect or a similar role;• Strong knowledge of Telco Domain;• Experience in head full/headless Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Management, Liferay, Contentful;• Experience designing ecommerce-based solutions;• Strong knowledge of API design best practices;• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development processes;• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.;• Strong understanding of cloud computing and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure;• Fluent in English (written and spoken).What do we have to offer you?• Health Insurance;• Feedback&Coffee – the system that includes Aubay's Performance Management Cycle, with regular moments of feedback and the Career Progression Model;• Possibility of working remotely;• A Training Academy designed to think of you and your needs.
