AXA Group Operations initiates with its Network Product Department a One Network Program to tackle its digital transformation, enhance user's connectivity experience, and mitigate cyber risks. Within Network Product department, Network Security & Services product line is responsible of VPN product, Firewalling product, Web Gateway product and Network services. Network Security & Services engineer are designing, engineering, delivering and supporting those products and services, that strongly contribute to One Network program initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Network Product Engineer is responsible to define, advertise and ensure to deliver of sustainable, robust, and secured solutions. In close collaboration with Group Security, CTO and One Network Program, the Network Product Engineer will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support the corporate business and lines of business strategies.The main activities include the following for his/her own area of responsibility:Contribute and support a medium to long term product evolution and continuous product improvementManage the advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for the products in scopeFacilitate communications and interactions between functional groups, AXA IT Services, strategic partners, and vendorsEnsure QOS delivery and support of solutionsProvide high expertise support on products and servicesYour ProfileFunctional experience:Leadership – Exhibits strong results orientation, change leadership, adaptability, and the ability to drive collaborative behaviourCommunication skills – Exhibits strong skills in listening, spoken and written communication, collaboration, and the ability to work in a global team. Network Products Engineer are expected to have the ability to understand and discuss with both senior managers and IT, and explain in clear language complicated architectural concepts and strategiesOpenness and reaching out – Strong human relationship skills, exhibit curiosity and can see opportunities in situations, not just problemsInternational profile – A proven ability to work effectively in an international environment. In addition, exhibits a strong proficiency in EnglishSkills and ExperienceStrong experience in driving large architecture, standardization & transformation initiativesMaintain deep understanding of the Network technology and market practices (competition landscape, technology trends) with very good/established level of expertiseMust have strong expertise in Network & Cloud design patterns, Security solutions & IT infrastructure best practicesExperience in managing Network Security products, SASE, VPN (Cisco, F5), Firewalling (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, Algosec), Web gateways (McAfee), Segmentation technologies and identity servicesExperience in managing Network Services products destined for DDI, NAC, MonitoringMust have Network Automation skillsUniversity degree (engineer profile) with +8 years' experience in Network Domain in an international and Matrix organizationEstablished and demonstrably productive technical relationships with major IT vendorsStrives for excellence with deliverables of high quality and ability to work in tight planningAbout AXAAs a world-leading insurance company, we act for human progress by protecting what matters.
