This is a full-time position, ideally based in Dubaï, with remote work flexibility. French and English Fluency Is Required. YOUR MISSIONReporting to the VP Marketing, you'll be in charge of building a badass social media team and developing our social media presence.
To do so, here are your 6 responsibilities: Win two YouTube distinct battles: David Laroche & ParadoxLeverage your in-depth knowledge of YouTube to create and deliver groundbreaking content ideas.Direct and empower partnerships with agencies and video editors.Own and drive the editorial calendar with precision and creativity.Innovate and deliver eye-catching thumbnails.Craft impactful shorts using editing skills or AI tools.Recruit a passionate writer and researcher for compelling scripts.Create hype on David Laroche's Instagram account and develop Paradox's InstagramOwn the content creation process entirely.Curate and repurpose key video content.Craft a strategic editorial calendar.Implement robust testing protocols for viral content.Foster meaningful connections through empathetic communication.Elevate our community engagementDesign and implement innovative content strategies.Adapt content to resonate with audience trends.Systemize excellenceExtract actionable insights from KPIs.Test and systemize high-performing content formats.Optimize and redistribute top content regularly.Monitor industry shifts and competitor actions.Be the first point of contact and our first ambassadorLead the development of a robust online community.Manage customer concerns through social media.Attract, find & hire great talentsSource talent proactively.Inspire and empower a team of social media specialists.Set ambitious targets and maintain team accountability.Champion a culture of positivity and collaboration.DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in social media management.Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Must HaveStrategic thinking and execution ability.Excellent interpersonal skills.Results-oriented approach.Creative storytelling ability.Team leadership experience.TECH STACK:Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar platforms.Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.Brand24, Mention, or similar tools.ManyChat, Tars, or similar tools.Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms.Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar tools.PersonalityDrive & Problem Solver.Analytical Mind.Growth over Ego.Team Player.Strong Desire to create Wow.LanguageFrench: native
