Vos idées et suggestions seront les bienvenues car vous les aiderez à grandir et à progresser Vous rejoindrez une équipe de plus de 500 employés de 35 nationalités différentes Vos missions: Travailler sur l'amélioration continue pour la satisfaction des clientsS'entretenir avec les clients par email ou par téléphone afin de leur fournir des informations sur les produits dans le cadre de la procédure d'après-venteSuivi des commandes et plaintesLa vente ajoutée est un plusNous recherchons:Passport Européen ou d'identité Européenne ou permis de travail pour le Portugal. Je vous informe que sans l'un de ces deux documents, je suis dans l'incapacité de vous aider dans votre démarche de recherche d'emploi puisque ces documents sont essentiels à la mise en place d'un contrat de travail. Natif ou maîtrisant le français (C2)Maîtrise de l'anglais (B2)Expérience antérieure dans le service à la clientèleFais preuve de patience en communiquant lors de la résolution de blocagesTraites en toute confidentialité les données et informations personnellesEs proactif(ve), orienté(e) résultats, motivé(e) et capable de travailler en équipeAttention : vous devez avoir les documents légaux en votre possession avant de procéder à une candidature (passeport européen ou VISA de travail pour le pays pour lequel vous postulez).
