Job Purpose The Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the talent acquisition process and optimizing HR processes, procedures and activities to support MoonLake HR strategy and the overall company's growth objectives
Key Accountabilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit for various positions within the organization. Manage the entire recruitment/talent acquisition lifecycle, including the alignment with the responsible HR BP and hiring Manager(s), job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation. Keep our HR information system – Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Module updated and the Talent Acquisition dashboard. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensure in alignment with the HR BP and Head of function the budget compliance. Conduct reference checks for selected candidates. HR Operations & Development: Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. Support HR processes, such as employee lifecycle events (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations) and performance management activities. Coordinate logistics for HR-related meetings, events, and training sessions. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, processes, and initiatives. Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR communications related to all HR topics. Participate on the execution of special projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, HR processes improvements, HR culture and engagement activities. Support the business in all the necessary HR requirements. Your profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. (or equivalent relevant experience) Experience: Proven experience (3 years+) working in HR with a strong focus on talent acquisition and also in HR operations and development. Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies: Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Familiarity with HRIS systems (Personio would be a plus) and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proactivity to go beyond and deliver stellar outputs. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent written and spoken English language skills will be essential to this position.
