Job Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the talent acquisition process and optimizing HR processes, procedures and activities to support MoonLake HR strategy and the overall company's growth objectives

Key Accountabilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Keep our HR information system
  • Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Module updated and the Talent Acquisition dashboard.
  • Ensure in alignment with the HR BP and Head of function the budget compliance.

HR Operations & Development:

  • Support the maintenance of accurate and uptodate employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support HR processes, such as employee lifecycle events (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations) and performance management activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for HRrelated meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, processes, and initiatives.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR communications related to all HR topics.
  • Participate on the execution of special projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, HR processes improvements, HR culture and engagement activities.
  • Support the business in all the necessary HR requirements.

Your profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. (or equivalent relevant experience)

Experience:Proven experience (3 years+) working in HR with a strong focus on talent acquisition and also in HR operations and development.

Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Personio would be a plus) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactivity to go beyond and deliver stellar outputs.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills will be essential to this position.

Work Location:

  • 2 days a week at our brand new Porto office
