Our main customers are Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Procurement teams building the world's most innovative products.Check out the platform here: , and view a video of the platform in action: About the Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent and People team here at Geomiq.
This role will be focused on talent coordination and continuing to help to scale Geomiq into a high growth high performing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Head of Talent and Development to prioritise key role within the business Working directly with hiring managers to identify hiring needs Drafting job descriptions for upcoming roles Sourcing and screening exceptional talent relative to hiring needs Scheduling interviews throughout the business, which includes understanding different employee's schedules Conducting 1st stage interviews with candidates to assess experience Benchmarking salaries for new hires What Are We Looking For?
Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 2 years experience working as in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Experience hiring common start-up roles, such as, SDRs, Account Executives, Engineers and developers Experience working in high-growth start-ups Experience working in an autonomous environment or with very small teams Strong communication skills, verbal and written Benefits Competitive salary Stocked Kitchen of snacks, fruit etc 22 days annual leave, not including bank holidays Extra day off for your birthday Monthly Team events Culture of internal progression More to come as we grow
