Join Our Team as a Network Support Agent (French Speaking)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Network Support Agent proficient in French to enhance our IT team.
This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring the efficient functioning of our network operations.

Core Responsibilities Order Analysis and Provisioning: Conduct comprehensive reviews of telecom access and circuit orders, performing network evaluations and confirming site readiness to ensure conformity with customer orders.
Validation and Documentation: Conduct and document all essential checks and component tests to confirm the accuracy and completion of information.
Efficient Task Execution: Ensure timely submission of requests to local telecom access providers, managing exceptions and escalations to fulfil customer timelines.
Information Dissemination: Provide prompt responses and updates through phone, email, and ticketing systems to various internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring: Produce weekly summaries on order performance to assist in enhancing telecom provider turnaround times.
Third-Party Coordination: Monitor, manage, and resolve activities, milestones, and escalations involving third-party access providers.
Field Technician Coordination: Collaborate with local field technicians, third-party vendors, and telecom providers for standard tests, installations, activations, and troubleshooting of local circuits and number porting.
Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Undertake required standard testing based on product type, troubleshoot issues, and validate services end-to-end.
Escalation Handling: Support escalated cases from network field operations or customers, assisting with site surveys when circuit testing is involved.
Qualifications Telecommunications Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles within the telecommunications sector, focusing on fixed-line services.
Indicate the telecom provider and country you have been associated with in your resume.
Language Skills: Fluent in French and English (C1 level).
Networking Proficiency: Fundamental knowledge of networking infrastructure, particularly hubs, switches, and routers (Layer 1 & 2 devices).
Meticulous Attention to Detail: Capacity to follow instructions, perform logical tasks, and manage follow-up actions effectively.
Documentation and Coordination Skills: Robust ability to document tasks, coordinate with team members, and ensure task completion.
Technical Aptitude: Advanced computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications efficiently.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of international telecom experience.
