Position Summary
The Campaign Assignment Specialist will join the CRM Campaign Factory team. This person will be responsible for the assignment and task management of Global Nespresso campaigns to the remaining team members considering defined market allocation and campaign complexity. As part of the role, the Campaign Assignment Specialist will take responsibilities in performing capacity reports, trend analysis and workload management. Focus will be to ensure the campaigns are assigned as per defined SLAs, which may request negotiations on launch dates, delivery in the agreed timeframe, as well as put the right checks to ensure campaign tracking with market SPOCs. Part of the responsibilities, will be to map the demand for upcoming weeks, aligning with leadership and production team.
A day in the life of... Assign campaign requests to Campaign Factory team members, ensuring respect for agreed SLAs and timely execution based on teams' capacity and demand. Simultaneously, upon assignment, the specialist should perform quality control checks against defined Brand Guidelines. This specialist is expected to run a thorough analysis of team's capacity and volume forecasting. Report weekly/month to leadership Analyze briefing and process issues to learn from experience and seek for continuous improvements to gain in quality and time. Responsible to train partners on Campaign Factory briefing
What will make you successful Taste for Task Management, Negotiation and ReportingEnjoy working in a team settingDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with reporting and data analytics, namely through PowerBi, being able to construct and update PowerBI reportsStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsStrong task coordination and decision-making skills - organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.Ability to quickly understand brand's positioning through Brand Guidelines Good planning ability and relation to quality deliverables Good understanding of CRM terminology and technical requirements Good understanding of the Production Process Ability to deliver against established objectives and deadlines Manage work with priorities Ability to handle surges in volumes and capacity to address itProficiency in English (spoken and written)#J-18808-Ljbffr
