**Job Description and Requirements**

**Integrated Marketing Campaign Specialist**
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that create awareness, engagement and deliver marketing qualified leads.
- Create a content plan that delivers the right content to specific personas throughout the digital buying journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing campaign development and execution
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and how to use them to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in audience building with both 1st party and 3rd party data.
- Experience with Marketo, Adobe, Salesforce, Bombora and ABM platforms a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
