col-wideJob Description:Job DescriptionWe are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.The project:You will be reviewing content of a graphic nature, and enforcing policy decisions related to content, handling sensitive and complex issues faced by users to protect the platform and keep them safe.Hungarian/Slovak/Croatian/Latvian/LithuanianYour Responsibilities:Review the content that has been received by internal systems or users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines established by the client;Review, classify and / or eliminate highly sensitive content, uploaded by users, according to the parameters defined by the client;Make timely escalations that require special attention in accordance with established procedures and comply with all the orders, instructions, procedures related and complementary to the role;Perform outbound calls during the investigation, to collect proofs of their complains, from drivers and customers.To succeed in this role, you will need:Fluency inHungarian/Slovak/Croatian/Latvian/Lithuanian(must be at least C1)Communicative level ofEnglish language(at least B2)What you will gain:Base salary: 1260 gross per monthBase salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040 - only if you are currently living at least 100km away from LisbonYou will also receive payment for completing the trainingThe first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)Public and Private health insurance provided by the employerIF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD:Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;Fully paid Accommodation in the city;Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integrationApply today by submitting your CV in English, including your full name, contact information, and email address.
