Content Moderator With Hungarian/Slovak/Croatian/Latvian/Lithuanian

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation.It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.The project: You will be reviewing content of a graphic nature, and enforcing policy decisions related to content, handling sensitive and complex issues faced by users to protect the platform and keep them safe.Hungarian/Slovak/Croatian/Latvian/Lithuanian Your Responsibilities: Review the content that has been received by internal systems or users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines established by the client; Review, classify and / or eliminate highly sensitive content, uploaded by users, according to the parameters defined by the client; Make timely escalations that require special attention in accordance with established procedures and comply with all the orders, instructions, procedures related and complementary to the role; Perform outbound calls during the investigation, to collect proofs of their complains, from drivers and customers.To succeed in this role, you will need: Fluency in Hungarian/Slovak/Croatian/Latvian/Lithuanian (must be at least C1 ) Communicative level of English language ( at least B2 ) What you will gain: Base salary: 1260 gross per month Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040 - only if you are currently living at least 100km away from Lisbon You will also receive payment for completing the training The first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one) Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD: Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal; Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring; Fully paid Accommodation in the city; Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration Apply today by submitting your CV in English, including your full name, contact information, and email address.
