O teu dia a dia e responsabilidades vão ser compostos por: Integrar e participar ativamente em projetos de consultoria tecnológica, com possibilidade de coordenação e supervisão operacional de equipas; Planear, executar e/ou coordenar com autonomia as atividades a realizar na elaboração dos diversos outputs no âmbito de um projeto ou stream de projeto; Gerir responsavelmente e de acordo com a sua esfera de atuação as interações diárias com o cliente; Identificar, avaliar e resolver problemas complexos na sua área de expertise, recorrendo a uma analise critica; Traduzir requisitos de negócio em requisitos de desenvolvimento para soluções de elevada qualidade técnica e escaláveis, seguindo as melhores práticas; Contribuir para comunidades de conhecimento do ServiceNow Centre of Excellence; Contribuir para o desenho e desenvolvimento de documentação de suporte ao projeto. És tu quem procuramos? Licenciatura/ Mestrado nas áreas de Engenharia Informática, Engenharia Eletrotécnica e de Computadores e/ou áreas similares; Entre 2 a 6 Anos de experiência profissional em projetos de Servicenow; Conhecimento da língua Inglesa no domínio falado e escrito; Conhecimento técnico em JavaScript e AngularJS; Experiência no desenho, implementação e roll-out de sistemas de informação, preferencialmente com soluções ServiceNow (e/ou similares); Conhecimento e experiência em módulos específicos de ServiceNow (preferencialmente ITSM/ITOM, HRSD e CSM); Certificação como ServiceNow CSA; Certificação como ServiceNow CIS (preferencial); Standards para comunicação com outros sistemas (JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP); Certificação base em Microsoft Azure Az-900 (ou equivalente AWS Cloud Practitioner) (preferencial); Experiência em gestão de projetos utilizando a metodologia Agile e Scrum; Capacidade decomunicação, relacionamento interpessoal, espírito crítico e trabalho em equipa; Disponibilidade para viajar
