What are you going to do?
Ensure that data is well-structured, consistent, up-to-date, and properly documented; Manage and maintain the permission catalog, making it easily accessible for end users (self-service); Track and review SailPoint tasks to ensure smooth system operations; Work closely with IAM operators and application owners to optimize access management; Assist in investigating and resolving incidents and system errors; Contribute to the definition, implementation, and rollout of business roles; Train employees on tool usage through live sessions and recorded materials.
What are we looking for?
Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; At least 3 years of experience in relevant projects as a business administrator, including permission configuration, role definition, data correlation, task monitoring, and ownership management; SailPoint IdentityIQ Practitioner certification; Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus; Strong expertise in Identity Management, HR processes, governance, and privileged access administration; Proactive mindset, teamwork skills, flexibility, and a strong customer-oriented approach; Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively; Verbal communication skills in French (C1 mandatory); Verbal communication skills in English (B2+ mandatory); Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
