Hi, We're Simplestudy We're like Duolingo for high school exams. We offer a gamified fun app that helps 15-18-year-old students preparing for GCSEs and A-Levels in the UK.

We're an early-stage startup working hard to win in a massive market at the intersection of Ed-tech and AI. In just nine months since our launch, we have 90,000 students, 200+ subjects, and thousands of paying customers.

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Head of Growth Marketing to join our team. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing new strategies to develop channels, increase LTV, conversion rates, reduce CAC & churn, and increase K factor.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a high leverage growth strategiesManage and create new channels to compliment the marketing mix. Push improvements on CAC, Churn, LTV, Conversion Rates, and K-Factor. Identify and execute growth experiments based on data driven hypothesis. Analyze and provide insights on marketing performance, conversion funnels, and user behavior

Requirements

Proven experience driving growth through non paid channels. Proven track record of successfully driving user growth and revenue for a consumer-facing product or serviceStrong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-makingEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentationExperience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
