(We are supporting our client, OSCAR, to find a great Head of Growth in Lisbon or Madrid. Check it out) The company: OSCAR is an on-demand home services app, offering over 150 fixed-price tasks such as repair, cleaning, and laundry, within a 30-minute reach. We're embarking on an exciting journey of international expansion to become one Europe's top players in the home services industry.

As a well-funded Portuguese startup with a small, close-knit team of fewer than 20 members, we have already achieved notable recognition in the industry. We are growing at a very fast pace, consistently ranking as the top app in the Lifestyle category of App Stores, and we are market leaders in Portugal. Fueling explosive growth is at the heart of everything we do, and we need a growth leader to champion this mission. As our Head of Growth, you'll orchestrate a data-driven strategy to amplify user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all our markets. This includes fostering a culture of customer-centricity and building robust communication channels to keep our users informed and engaged.

About the role:

? Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention worldwide, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.

? Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions, identifying target audiences, channels and messaging to drive successful market entry and adoption.

? Brand Building: Lead efforts to build and enhance the OSCAR brand globally, positioning us as the go-to platform for home services.

? Customer Acquisition: Oversee the acquisition of new, engaged users through targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and social media as well as traditional marketing.

? Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty, fostering strong relationships with our user base through personalized communication and experiences.

? Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify worldwide trends, opportunities and challenges in the home services industry, informing marketing strategies and initiatives.

? Team Leadership: Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing growth team, providing guidance and support to ensure the success and growth of OSCAR globally.

? Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.

? Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives globally, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

About you:

? Experience: 5+ years of experience driving explosive user growth in competitive markets, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Proven ability to scale user bases and optimize engagement through data-driven strategies.
? Track Record: A demonstrated track record of managing and leading high-performance teams in a fast-growing environment.
? Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
? Passion: Dedication to OSCAR's mission and commitment to shaping the future of home services in your region.
? Results-Oriented & Creative: Ability to achieve results through creative marketing strategies and campaigns, driven by data analysis and insights.
? Strategic Mindset: Maintain a broad understanding of global market trends to identify opportunities and drive strategic marketing decisions.

Our process:

The recruitment process will consist of four stages:

1. Resume Screening: We'll carefully review your resume to assess your qualifications and fit for the role.
2. Screening Interview: You'll have a first meeting with OSCAR's COO to discuss your experience, skills and enthusiasm for the role.
3. Business Case: As the third step, you will be asked to prepare a business case that demonstrates your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. This step allows us to assess your ability to analyze complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
4. Culture Fit Interview: In the final interview, our founder and CEO will assess your potential to contribute to OSCAR's growth and success.
