Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Italian Speaking Platform Safety Representative to join our dynamic team in Porto. In this crucial role, you will ensure the safety and integrity of our digital platforms by monitoring and managing user-generated content. Your primary responsibility will be to review and enforce compliance with community guidelines, contributing to a safer online experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Monitoring:Vigilantly monitor user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and live streams, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and safety standards.
Safety Enforcement:Implement and enforce platform policies by identifying and removing content that violates guidelines, including harmful, inappropriate, or offensive material.
User Support:Provide assistance to users by addressing their safety concerns, responding to reports of violations, and offering guidance on platform policies.
Incident Reporting:Document and report safety incidents, trends, and violations to the management team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our safety protocols.
Collaboration:Work closely with other safety representatives and team leaders, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance overall platform safety.
Education and Awareness:Help educate users about community guidelines and promote awareness of safe online behavior through proactive communication and support.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency:Fluent in Italian, with strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
Attention to Detail:Exceptional ability to detect nuances and small details in content that could indicate violations.
Discretion and Professionalism:Capable of handling sensitive and potentially distressing content with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Team Collaboration:Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
Experience:Prior experience in platform safety, content moderation, customer service, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
