.Field Service Engineer - Microscopía electrónica (Lisboa), LisboaNuestro partner es una organización tecnológica que desarrolla, produce y distribuye soluciones innovadoras de microscopía para las ciencias de la vida y la investigación de materiales.Para conseguir sus metas, necesita incorporar a su equipo de Portugal un/a Field Service Engineer, que tenga ganas de seguir creciendo y desarrollándose profesionalmente con ellos.¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades?La misión del puesto es la resolución de las incidencias técnicas e instalaciones y lograr la satisfacción del cliente, así como una buena reputación.
Tu zona de actuación será todo Portugal.Mantenimiento de la base instalada e instalación de equipos.Realización de las instalaciones y puestas en marcha de todos los equipos in situ, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento.Realización de tareas de mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo acorde con los protocolos de cada línea de producto.Resolución de las incidencias técnicas derivadas del mal funcionamiento, averías o desajustes de los equipos.Proporcionar "mutual aid" a otros países.Soporte telefónico a clientes.Mantenimiento de las herramientas de trabajo y verificación de las fechas de calibración para cumplir con la normativa vigente.Generación de Leads para la venta de contratos de mantenimiento.Facilitar datos sobre nuestra base instalada y la de la competencia.Gestión de todas las tareas administrativas en tiempo y forma, con la finalidad de dar continuidad y traspasar el estado de la acción técnica al Backoffice.Cumplimentación del formulario CPO en cada instalación y su posterior envío al Backoffice y a las diferentes centrales.Planificación de los tiempos de trabajo y materiales necesarios para las diferentes acciones correctivas.Participación regular en la formación.Trabajo en equipo con Ventas para crear un clima laboral que priorice los objetivos grupales por encima de las metas individuales.Ejecución y aplicación del Procedimiento de Vigilancia Médica para los Incidentes de Seguridad en los casos en los que proceda.Cumplir con los requisitos y normativa de medioambiente requeridas por la empresa y la legislación.¿Qué tendrás que aportar?Título universitario o equivalente, FP Grado superior: Electrónica o industrial.Conocimientos informáticos: MS Office, programa de correos, base de datos (SAP, CAS, CRM).Idiomas: inglés y español fluido (nivel mínimo B2, deseable C1).Experiencia de entre 3 y 5 años en las funciones descritas en el ámbito de la microscopía electrónica de investigación, aunque se valorará también experiencia en el ámbito de equipamiento de electromedicina.Valorables conocimientos de alto voltaje, técnica de vacío, mecánica de precisión, electrónica analógica y digital.Total disponibilidad para viajar en todo Portugal, y puntualmente en España.¿Qué beneficios tendrías?Salario competitivo compuesto por un fijo + variable + coche de empresa
