Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Advisor will be: A native level of French and at least a B2 level of EnglishKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with peopleHaving a drive for excellence and professionalismBeing a real team player and committed to your workExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required)What's in it for you? Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every yearWorking hours: full time (40h/week)Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7am - 10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational scheduleSalary conditions (*) – 2 options: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/monthExcluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month(*) Compensation during training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
