Mode Search is supporting a Multi-Brand Retailer in their search for an interim Human Resources Business Partner for a 9-12 month contract.
Utilising the expertise of their operating partners to enhance their performance and creative high-quality shopping environments, with a mix of domestic and international luxury brands, this brand is experiencing rapid international growth, making it a great time to join.
The successful applicant will report to the HR Director, with fluency in English, Spanish/Portuguese being required.
Flexibility on travel is essential due to 1-2 days fortnightly visits across Spain, Portugal and Amsterdam.
The Role: In partnership with the hiring managers, develop and deliver alongside the strategic resource plan ensuring great talent acquisition decisions are taken Budget management and control in partnership with Finance Encouraging internal development, and identifying opportunities for talent to develop internally. Positively drive and promote the use of the talent development processes Partner with people managers to create a talent pipeline Attract and retain top talent Create an internal and external talent pipeline Work closely with the HR Advisor, so that they are fully informed of all of the new and replacement positions Take part in the recruitment process and interview when needed Regularly review and update HR Policies and Procedures in compliance with EU Employment Law Ensure all Employee Relations matters are resolved in a fair and timely manner Partner with the Compensation & Benefits team to deliver annual salary review recommendations Complete all Exit interviews and flag any issues to senior management Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by the Head of HR and HR Director Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish/Portuguese. Flexible on travel Rights to work in the EU.
