Mode Search is supporting a Multi-Brand Retailer in their search for an interim Human Resources Business Partner for a 9-12 month contract.
Utilising the expertise of their operating partners to enhance their performance and creative high-quality shopping environments, with a mix of domestic and international luxury brands, this brand is experiencing rapid international growth, making it a great time to join.
The successful applicant will report to the HR Director, with fluency in English, Spanish/Portuguese being required.
Flexibility on travel is essential due to 1-2 days fortnightly visits across Spain, Portugal and Amsterdam.
The Role: In partnership with the hiring managers, develop and deliver alongside the strategic resource plan ensuring great talent acquisition decisions are takenBudget management and control in partnership with FinanceEncouraging internal development, and identifying opportunities for talent to develop internally.Positively drive and promote the use of the talent development processesPartner with people managers to create a talent pipelineAttract and retain top talentCreate an internal and external talent pipelineWork closely with the HR Advisor, so that they are fully informed of all of the new and replacement positionsTake part in the recruitment process and interview when neededRegularly review and update HR Policies and Procedures in compliance with EU Employment LawEnsure all Employee Relations matters are resolved in a fair and timely mannerPartner with the Compensation & Benefits team to deliver annual salary review recommendationsComplete all Exit interviews and flag any issues to senior managementAssist with ad-hoc projects as directed by the Head of HR and HR DirectorRequirements: Fluent in English and Spanish/Portuguese.Flexible on travelRights to work in the EU.Experience working with an HRIS, ideally Dayforce, within a European organisationA self-starter with high energy and an entrepreneurial spiritComfortable working in a fluid and matrix environment, comfortable connecting with people at all levels within the organisation – where innovation and resilience are at your corePlease note that due to a high number of applications we are currently receiving we are unfortunately not able to provide individual feedback to every candidate at this stage of the process.
